Free "Fibre Fit" eBook with 30 Recipes @ Kellogg's

610

Free Fibre Fit eBook with 30 recipes by Jacqueline Alwill (Accredited Nutritionist), supposedly worth $29.99 according to Kellogg's.

You are supposed to purchase any specially marked pack of Kellogg's breakfast cereal and submit a scan of the receipt to be eligible. But it isn't my fault that the download link to the eBook is a generic unprotected link, is it?

I don't know if the download link will stay alive after the promotion ends on 31 May 2019.

Link to Kellogg's redemption page if you like to purchase a box of Kellogg's and give them your e-mail. There is a maximum of one claim per person, so stock of the eBook must be quite limited.

  • Thanks! I look forward to trying to make some of these.
    I might substitute the Kellogg's All-Bran (~90c/100g) for some Homebrand Bran (36c/100g)!

I wonder how many calories you'd save by omitting the kelloggs products?

Most of the recipes I skipped through didn't use any Kellogg's products. They just normal meals.

I didn't stop scrolling to read
      All Bran Bread 🤢

  • Fruit Loops and Cocopops included?

    • I think only All-Bran, Sultana Bran, Special-K and Just Right are specially marked.

    • They should include Frosties. We all know that's the best.

  • NVM, my bad, I read it as Free "Fitbit" and got excited for a moment!

I guess this is for the brainwashed twits that haven't worked out that starting your day with processed grain products is unhealthy so they don't think it's wierd to take nutrition advice from a shill paid by the food processor.

You forgot to mention that voting for the Greens will help put a stop to this madness.

I guess this isn't for the brainwashed twits that haven't worked out that starting your day with processed grain products can be healthy. Twits would rather pay more for less and don't think it's wierd to take nutrition advice from a shill paid by the natural food processor.

They dont mention the sugar added to the carbs already present either ,its great for getting the kids addicted to their crappy breakfast foods that damage so many bodies.

Its a shame that so many companies dont have enough self respect to put ethics over money.

  • Thanks so much I wanted the book but didn't want the cereal! you're a star
