Previously was $149. A good deal for a low-to-middle range Nokia mobile phone.
They also have the Huawei IDEOS U8150 for $99:

I'd sorta been looking at this phone for a while (@ $149 eveywhere).
Has anyone seen this'un around at this sort of price outright, or on another Optus re-seller??
Cheers,

No chance you'll get it for around $100 outright. Some stores sell it for more than $200 outright.
Since it is prepaid it must be locked? Any ideas on how much to unlock?
You need to recharge $80 before you can get it unlocked. Optus / TPG / Liveconnected SIMs should work in it though, for that matter any provider that uses the Optus network should be fine, but not guaranteed.
Hmm … last time I checked with Virgin, I was told they don't really lock their phones (apart from iPhones). I haven't spoken with them in over 6 months. You might want to try calling them and asking if the phone is locked and how much it would be to unlock (in case they can confirm for you the phone is unlocked). :)
This does VoIP! nice. And quad-band 3G - ie both 850 and 900.
Hopefully voip over 3G, not just wifi.
No GPS, not symbian. Is the LCD transflective so viewable outdoors?
