  • Update:
30 May 2011 - Mon - I got an email around this date, apologising for the delays, saying the package is on the way and should be here on Wednesday

    1 June 2011 - Wed - no delivery

    3 June 2011 - Fri - I got an email today saying it's shipped

They do say 3-10 business days for shipping so we'll see how much they are outside their shipping times :S

Based on what's happened I'll guess they were waiting for the items to arrive ie this was a sale for items that were not stocked. Just a heads up for people looking at buying from them in future, that you might want to ask if the items are in stock already.

    • Hi guys

We are very sorry for the delay. We had a mix up and I thought the stock was ready to be shipped.

Will definitely triple check before I post the next deal

      Have a great weekend

  • Thanks. Package arrived today, so only 1 business day over :)

The holder and utensils look good. The holder is dishwasher, oven and microwave safe … I probably won't be putting the holder in the oven or microwave but it's nice to know it's sturdy :)

The utensils are nice too and of quite a size :) Clear handles with yellow silicone ends.

The product could've benefitted from slightly better packaging. Possibly a cardboard box taped up, like Staples do. A little less bubble wrap could balance the cost but that was just an idea for the business to consider.

The holders were in their boxes and the boxes thoroughly wrapped in bubblewrap. The wrapped boxes then went in a bag, with the utensils. I had 2 lots of utensils. 1 lot was bundled together nicely. That lot survived the trip. The other lot was loose in the bag. 2 of the utensils arrived broken. (That's why I think a cardboard box might've helped … possibly marked fragile)

I am following up on returns now.

    • Replacements arrived 8/6/2011 :)

      All good :)
