Free Complimentary Travel Insurance with?? PayPal

hi ozb's. I recall a free insurance that was available for pre trip cancellation if you registered with somebody- ?? paypal?? but cant find it??

also slightly off topic. Is the Ozbargain search function leaving some people lost? I've wondered if people were getting confused on how the Ozbargain search function is supposed to work (i.e. Typing in "paypal" in search but not waiting long enough for the store link to appear in the Search Suggestions dropdown to appear).

  Even if you google "PayPal insurance" the direct PayPal page is top 4 on the list!

thanks so much- i did go to paypal dropdown but there are a million deals listed, i tried also searching insurance and doesn't come up.
