Cheapest I've seen the game so far. New DLC incoming as well so might be a good time to jump on.
You have to be a fan of the previous games to like this game. Sure there was some omissions in this, no Colosseum, Winnie the pooh world was a joke, the plot was a let down in terms of the structure and cut-scene dialogue being no better than the lackluster job in the previous titles, but the battle system, worlds, enemies and RPG system are the best they have ever been (minus the Disney special attacks and not enough summons) and now that there is Critical difficulty added it will be even more fun. I spent 30 hours playing through on Proud difficulty and will play again on Critical.
This game is fun and this is a good price.
Game is fun the but the….. cutscene…. dialogue drags….. on a bit.
Mt Olympus.. yikes. There's only so much Goofy and Hercules one can muster before getting frustrated lol. What's worse is the sound mixing, the audio quality for the voices was way worse than the music/ambience..which seemingly disappeared during the cutscenes
Yeah the no music/ambience is the other killer for cutscenes

As a general rule, yes. But you do get the odd exception. Also sometimes there are extra features in PS4 version like VR support for example

Because it was a mistake. It should have qualified for free shipping with Prime. They reported the issue to the web team and it was resolved when I checked again a couple of hours later
People will complain about the story but it's still a great game to play.
Same here. I watched the gameplay and the disney parts are the most disappointing. Plot was already in the movies whats the point of doing it again. I dont care about the reason but that killed it.

I enjoy the gameplay and the Disney stuff. Don't care for the weird-ass story or any of the non-Disney/FF characters
You can skip all the cutscenes.
Sold! I'll just pretend Sora is Cloud from FF7 and ignore the non-sensical Heartless storyline

I've been hooked into Kingdom hearts series for years, mostly just playing the collections on Playstation consoles. But even though I really, really like it - I completely understand that it isn't one of those things that is "for everyone" - it simply wont appeal to some people, and that makes sense.
I've loved the music, and the emotional connection to the cahracters since the first game… so I'm happy to continue with KH3. The story lines to get pretty strange however…
