Dietary Requirements in a Food Business

Hi everyone,

I am student dietitian at Flinders University. I am looking for people with dietary requirements (e.g. food allergies, food intolerences, coeliac diease, vegeterians, religious diets) to complete a really quick 2-minute survey on your thoughts of dietary management in food businesses for my final year project in community health.

The opinions will be used to help food businesses understand your dietary needs and help develop better training for foodservice staff on dietary needs.

    • Yes, thanks for acknowledging the issue.

      Past recent research has uncovered a gap in dietary management in the food industry. However, most of the research is conducted overseas.
