Budget Noise Isolating over-Ear Headphones

Hey guys, long time lurker here;

I'm in the market for a pair of over ears right now that has noise cancelling/isolation. Does anyone have any recommendation for headphones around ~$100-200 range?

    I have a pair, they are refurbed nut mine were flawless. They are super comfy, and I like the sound quality. Also have full warranty.

    QC25s paired up with a wireless dongle. Has the benefit of a replaceable battery with the 35s don't have but with the same NC.
