Just wondering if anyone else is looking forward to the new 2019 - RAV4?

Looks to be a very solid release and easily the best iteration of the RAV4 to date - especially the hybrid options.

With the impending release / availability later this month? thought there may be others in the same boat or at the very least interested.

I am aware that there is not much information of the Australian variants (model names / badges, pricing etc.) as of yet - but I really do hope we get an equivalent of the XSE (North America).

    Anyone recently finalised a Hybrid AWD Cruiser in VIC? what was the price (and extras if any) please? I'm hearing there's stock but cust. service is sub-par (sales guys are busy and hence poor response/quote is close to online prices ie:50k for stock standard).

    I haven't walked into a showroom yet and this will be my first new car dealing (still wondering if I should considering the depreciation effect on new car/suv), so with above being the case I want to be in the driver's seat (literally) when negotiating on the price. any tips is greatly appreciated.

    Has anyone installed sun shades on their rear doors? Was looking at snapshades.com.au but they seem pricey, any similar alternatives around?

    Hi all, looking at buying the RAV4 2WD Hybrid Cruiser in Perth. We have got a price of 48,500 with metallic paint, nudge bar, tinting, side step and boot liner.

    How does this sound price-wise and are there any other accessories that you would absolutely recommend? (car is for the wife and baby - mainly city driving)

      I'm a Perth car salesman.. according to my figures, that's around a $3,500 discount… I wouldn't even match that!

      But why the side steps and nudge bar? Those 2 accessories are around $1,800

      If you have a genuine Toyota dash-cam you can go to this page: https://toyotamanuals.com.au/accessories and enter the part number PZQ8533270 in the search box, then find the pdf files for your model to download. You can easy follow all the steps in this manual or most of them If you have an aftermarket camera. Cheers.

    Guys just signed contract.. silver rav4 cruise 2wd hybrid with 2year free service for 47.3k did not check this forum before. Now feel i pay too much. The tint come as standard right?

    when should i put my order in (should i delay it a few months) so that i can get this newer model.

    any one got any experience from last couple of years, when were newer model started production.
