      Same, tried chrome, firefox and IE. I can only see part of the form and get errors

        Works ok for me today - Chrome on win10, even with ublock origin and disconnect.me running

        My default suggestion is to disable adblockers and no-script plugins, but considering you tried multiple browsers.. maybe not
        Are you going through a VPN that has inherent ad blocking?

          no VPN, also on win10, ublock only running on chrome.

          edit - looks like they changed something on their end as is now working.
