  Game and controller both been individually posted here at $65-70 a few times, so $140 + $9 for the hard case and collectable factor seems reasonable. Can't dream of having paid $200+ on a preorder for it haha.

      haha sorry buddy, I'm guilty to having paid the nerd tax too, I barely played FFXV yet I bought it for at least $80 on release. Now the Royal Edition is going $24 at JB Hi-Fi.

        I'm hearing you! I've sunk around $23K into my collecting hobby since March 2017 when the Switch was released.

        Around 5% of the titles have appreciated in value since I purchased them (out of print and in demand). Around 10% are the still the same price as the day I bought them. The rest…well…if only I had some patience and lower FOMO… ;-)
