I'm never targeted for these offers. What a total joke… I got eBay Plus, visit the site daily and have spent a good deal of money recently.
You are loyal. eBay does not target loyal customers.
Apparently so… How do they expect to grow if they are not willing to treat their existing customers well?
Like many businesses, they target the clients that aren't spending much money [yet]. Since you're already spending, they're most likely targeting other clients to turn them into so called 'cash cows'.
As others have pointed out, businesses don't reward loyalty (think banks etc.). So beat them at their own game… Best way to milk the hand that feeds you: set up another Ebay account :-)
I've signed up all the members of my family for eBay accounts, but only make purchases on my own account. The rest of my family quite often get targeted for these deals.
I would suggest you do the same if you want these targeted deals. The bigger your family, the better.

This has always, and will always be the way. You need to play ebay at its own game and open multiple accounts.
I've received $65 in codes this month…none of which appeared on my eBay plus account.

I signed up last month with a new email for some reason, can't remember why. Within the month and within 2 days of each other they sent me 2 of these $10 vouchers. A whole bunch of textas and highlighters from Officeworks later, kids and Mrs happy until the next vouchers.
There needs to be some rules with these 'targeted' deals. They seem to hardly apply to anyone, get hundreds of mysterious upvotes, and are basically free advertising to terrible companies like FeeBay.
I always feel cynical of these targeted deals too, but surprisingly I was targeted with an eBay account I very rarely use for this offer. Most of the time I miss out.
