Simple question but it's driving me nuts.
On this active link Kogan says it's on the checkout page, yet real life begs to differ. Did they abolish promo codes?

Kogan support confirms this, but why not state it clearly on the page talking about how to enter promo codes or just say "That code's expired/not valid for this product," and leave the box there all the time like every other site?
I believe it's only available when there is a code applicable to the item. Either it's not applicable, code has expired or someone stuffed up.
