  • A little more exi but Noirot are excellent panel heaters with lifetime gaurantee.

  • Is gas an option?

  • I'm looking for recommendations too.. but I think you need to be more specific - space or radiant type? Size of room? Do you have a ceiling fan? Gas or electric?

    • no ceiling fan, electric.

  • IN relation to Noirot, what about the running costs?

Currently using a reverse aircon for heating during the winter months.

  • apology; electric and it's a small 2 bedroom unit .. and intended to be placed in the living room.
the plan is for the heat to spread out to the rooms too.

    Cuddle

    • +1

      thanks; everyone needs one hey

  • or perhaps OIL heater after quick discussion with my cousin; can anyone suggest model #?

    • And your cousin didn't give any suggestion?

I'm using Target's one, for me it's working just fine. However, I am not sure if it is a suitable option to heat up the whole unit. I'm only using it for my bedroom.

      • What's your electric bill look like using that? I had a Target one too last year and it added an extra 400-500 to my bill(usually 600). Still not 100% it was the heater but it's the only difference for that quarter…

        • Surely there was an increase, but not increase of $400-$500. Mine somewhere around $200ish, I only used it in my room and only when I'm about to sleep

    • oil is slow on heating up

      • finally the cousin shows up!

  • DeLonghi DL2401TF or Delonghi HSX3324FTS ?

  • Do you have split system aircon? Most will heat as well.

Edit to add: depending on the model, some keep fanning even when set temperature is reached. Yours might not do what you want.

  • Type: Electric

Maybe a fire type would be a better option.
