What do you actually do in day to day operations as a manager at dominos?

How do you stop your delivery cyclists constantly breaking road rules.
- Riding along footpath instead of walking or moving to roadway.
- Riding through busy/congested pedestrian crossings.
- Riding the wrong way down one way streets.
I've also almost been hit by a scooter cutting fast onto the footpath around a blind corner.
Riding on the footpath is perfectly fine in many states & councils. You simply just need to give way to pedestrians.
In Victoria (where I'm posting about), it's illegal unless you're under 12 or an adult supervising a child under 12.
Just lost 40 kg after being diagnosed with insulin resistance. Managed to do it by deleting domino's number. Withdraws were hell, worse than the baby in trainspotting. How would you convince me to order from dominos again?
