During the Promotional Period (9am 24 Apr to 8pm 5 June 2019):
1. Purchase a specially marked 3 x 250ml (1 code), 6 x 250ml (2 codes) or 12 x 250ml (4 codes) pack of Up&Go from any physical retail store and retain the receipt.
2. Visit the Website and fill out the form, including the unique code on the reverse of the sticker/packaging.
