So I bought my Jaybird X3’s early last year, which are by far my favourite to date. They went faulty & JB provided a replacement in September,
The gold had recently started to peel off the sides of them but still work great. So I contacted Jaybird direct & they swiftly responded by giving me the X4 for free.
Cracking customer service, which you don’t get to say very often!
So, they replaced the X3's with X4's merely due to a cosmetic issue? Get outta here! :)
I have got a pair of X3's that I had bought from JB HiFi back in April 2018 (with extended warranty). I am finding the battery life on these suck. Maybe, I should reach out to Jaybird rather than JB?
