[StartHere] Cancelled transaction - Vodafone

I signed up to two vodafone plans. One on the 13th of April and one on the 16th of April. They paid the one for the 13th but cancelled the one for the 16th?? Is there a limit of claims from the same company during a period of time?

  • Are they paying you or are you paying them?
Since you're more likely to be the one paying the plan
But what are you trying to claim?

    • I think he means the MoneyBackCo cashback for the plans, as this is in the MBC forum.

  • was it the same thing?
maybe the special is limited to one per person!

    • The one that was cancelled was a 1 year contract, does the money back not apply for 1 year contracts?

  • Mine was approved for the recent Nexus S promotion.. was it for a special? or used in conjunction with another offer?

    • No, it was a direct purchase off the Vodafone website with no other offers applied.

  • There is no stated limit, but special offers may have other terms not covered by the general campaign terms, however they do stipulate that commission is paid for a new customer, as you already had a plan possibly they regard you as a returning customer for the second transaction.

Unfortunatly most Vodafones cancellations don't specify a cancellation reason so it's difficult to give you the exact reason.

If you didn't combine with any other offer or member discounts and signed up as a new customer then raise an enquiry against the missing transaction and forward your proof of purchase to [email protected] and we'll send it off to the network for consideration.

    Thanks, Steve.

    • No, I didn't combine any other discounts at all. The two different contracts were purchased on the same MBC account but one contract was under my dad's name while the other under mine. So I don't know what the issue could be. Regarding the proof of purchase, I have the piece of paper that came with the phone, is that enough?

      • In that case we'll be able to process an enquiry for the cancelled transaction.

A receipt or invoice or scan of the same will suffice.

        Steve.

        • I have emailed the details through Steve, please let me know if you require further information. Cheers
