When I use my flybuys dollars I swipe my card at the eftpos reader during checkout. Scanning the card is just for collecting the points.

and according to the terms if you are enrolled in things such as
"10,000 points or $50 discount if you spend $x for 4 weeks"
If you choose $50 and did spend $x for 4 weeks as instructed, you will only get that $50 deducted from your next shopping if:
- You spend $50 AND
- Spendings on GIFT CARDS and sin-taxed purchases ARE excluded as part of that $50 purchases.
Therefore, one would assume it's better of to get 10,000 points and when reaching 20,000 points, swap it with $100 gift card which can be used to buy GooglePlay cards or something similar.
And you cannot use flybuys dollars to buy gift cards.
Can anyone confirm that gift card purchase is excluded from the 4 weeks spending XX to get 10,000 flybuys points promotion?

You can use flybuys dollars to buy Gift cards at k-mart self serve! But you need to have enough to buy a complete card as if you try to part pay the system blocks you and asking staff they will tell you that flybuys dollars aren't accepted! I've done this probably 6-7 times in the last 2 years without any issues! This was at Foostscray store in Victoria! I also did it once at Werribee store but I assume you can do it everywhere as software would all be the same! Good luck

Kmart does, max $100 on self serve. Target self serve allows too(can be up to $500), but it needs staff approval.

Is the ability to use flybuys dollars at Myer, Officeworks and Coles Express the only benefit of doing this or am I missing something?
For me, I can access to 5% off Coles (supermarket only) eGift card, but not the gift card mentioned above, so I'd like to use eGift card for my supermarket payment, and reserve the Flybuys dollars for other usage.
Use the 5% discounted Coles eGift at the self serve (w FlyBuys scan) to purchase this Google Play card Win Win

can also be used to pay for netflix and other subscription services, but not in Australia (although it can be gotten around).

You needed to set up a brand new account from day 1 to get Google Play Billing for Netflix.

Scan your flybuys card when buying the gift card. If done correctly, the points will be credited the evening after your qualifying purchase.
I cant seem to find confirmation on this anywhere? Its not on the coles website nor the flybuys app.

Is it possible to ask for support in order to get the $2,000 points?You have to go back to the store you bought it at within seven days of purchase and ask them to apply your flybuys card to your purchase

I'm gonna go there tomorrow.You can also ring up Flybuys to include the missing 2000 bonus points. Apparently, the Flybuys customer service guy on the phone told me that the store will not process and include the 2000 bonus points from the giftcard.

Does anyone else have trouble using their Flybuys for $10 off at Coles? It used to work when I had their Coles Mastercard (which had automatic redeeming) but now it doesn’t. I logged on to convert Flybuys Points to Flybuys Dollars and scanned my newly acquired Flybuys physical card at the check out. Anything I’m missing?
