How to Vacuum to Waste with Enduro EC100 Cartridge Filter

hi Guys

If anyone has the same model of pool filter that know how to vacuum to waste please?
I did try to search online for manual but could not find any.

  i've tried but does not seems to work.
  tried to search for manual but couldnt find any.
  
  i did turn off and stop water flow into filter and turn on and let water to waste, and it is just dripping not flowing as i can see on youtube
