Hi All,
I need to renew my roadside assistance.
I am deciding between the 2 (Budget direct or Allianz ) and would like some reviews or past experience.
I live in Sydney
Budget direct - $79.95/year
or
Allianz - $99/year

download gotu app
Didn't know that exist, thanks
Jump start – $77
Unlock – $77
Towing – From $95
This includes 10km of towing. Every additional kilometre incurs a charge of $5.50 per kilometre.
Have you or someone you know used it - i.e. do they turn up?
Thanks, have you call them before? how quickly do they come?
I've read from some forum that it could be some random guy that have no idea what's going on.
I've used them, the technician is assigned in a similar way to Uber and you can see their location/ETA on the app. Mine arrived in about 20 minutes but that was around midnight on a Saturday. It was an Allianz branded van that arrived. Happy with the service provided and cost was under $70 for me in Brisbane.
I'm with budget, have only used them once when I locked my keys in the boot of my car at work. The call out was easy, took about 30 mins to arrive in the CBD and pop the boot open for me
thanks for the info :)
