So I've just figured out an exceptionally good Youfoodz deal using the current $40 off $100 spend. 8 normal meals (normally $10 each) plus 3 meal kits that serve two (normally $20 each ) for $61.

14 meals, $4.35 each.

Delivery should be free for most parts of Australia but some states charge $20 for delivery making it $5.78 a meal.

  1. Add the autumn faves bundle to cart (6 meals, $49) if you're not a fan of the meals in the pack just pick 5 meals you want instead, you'll just end up with one less meal.

  2. Add the cook and chill pack ( two meal kits plus two meals for $52)

  3. Youfoodz are currently offering a free meal kit so pick one and once added to cart it should change from $19.95 to free. These are located underneath the lunch and dinner menu.

  4. Apply code FEASTER at checkout to take $40 off.

Another thing worth mentioning is you can place another order on Monday and push the delivery back to Wednesday, or perhaps even Friday the following week to get another order in before the coupon expires. Just make sure you can eat it all in time.

Please note the meal kits come in rather large boxes so you'll need a decent amount of room in your fridge to store them.

Enjoy ☺️

The meals in the autumn pack are average, should be able to swap them

    • Agreed. Half of them I wouldn’t usually select.

  • +2

Agree. Autumn pack is one of the more lacklustre bundles they've done. Still ordered though. On ya, op

  • So good, will have fridge full now!

  • Cheers OP.

  • +2

Cook and chill says $52 for me D:

    • +1

The price has just gone up.

  • Thanks, OP! I went step by step and ordered same as you but somehow ended up with $61 at the end. Pretty good!

    • I think you have 1 less meal than OP since they just jacked the price of Cook & Chill

      • You're right, I just noticed that!

    $20 delivery for Perth…

    • +1

At least they deliver to you

      • -3

which makes no deal mate full stop

  • Where do I find the free dinner kit, I can't see one ?

    • Just add any to your cart and it should change from $19.95 to free once added.

      • I found the menu that is lunch and dinner, they are $9.95 each, when I add one it does not go to free, stays at $9.95.

        Total is $70.95 after code.

        • +1

The 19.95 ones are the kits, you can filter to them.

        • +1

Scroll past the lunch and dinner section and you'll come to meal kits.

  • Help me what am I doing wrong? I'm getting $81 - $20 might be for delivery

    Thanks for your help

    • Some states have a delivery fee of $20 whilst it's free for most I believe.

    • Are you using the right promo?

    • $20 additional for Perth delivery.

Just received one today and bought another!

  • Can these be frozen ? or do you need to eat them every day until they are gone ?

    • I've never tried eating them from frozen so I can't comment on that. Most meals have 7-9 days from delivery before they hit their use by date, the meal kits have around 4-5 days.

    • Typically better fresh. Can freeze but not as good.
While you could leave it for a week, the taste is not as good.

    • +4

Yes, the meals can be frozen. Remove Sauce sachet and soak in hot water while you nuke meal for 4-5 minutes

    • +3

If you freeze them and then defrost overnight in the fridge they come out almost the same as fresh.

  • Ordered. Thank you. What time of day do they typically deliver please (Brisbane metro)

    • +1

Mine are usually delivered around 9-11am but I've had them rock up at 5pm or later. They come in a styrofoam box with ice packs so they're fine to stay out until you get home from work.

      • Thank you

      • You're lucky. We moved to a new area and they started delivering at 3am. Last delivery arrived 1.30am!

      • Funnily enough, my delivery came at 11:40pm the other night (Sydney)

Shut myself when the doorbell went off…

  • I got the 9 and 3 meal kits for $63.95 delivered.

    Thanks OP.

  • +1

I got to delivery method and it just didnt load any options or have a way to continue…

    • Only thing I think it could be is not filling the address in properly. Type enough of the address so the autofil box pops up and click your address, and then a second time to confirm it and it should work. If not try on a computer or different browser.

      • At work atm and i did that :/

        • All I can suggest is use a different browser or PC. Not sure sorry mate!

    • Yeah same issue here. Chrome MacOS with some extensions.

  • I placed my order and chose Tuesday delivery, but I can't see how that is possible and there is not working days until Tuesday.

    • Due to high volume and holiday season, your usual delivery day may not be available.

    • Pretty sure they deliver public holidays. I've got an order coming Monday from last week.

    • Got my order today (easter Friday) but youfoodz is popular, of course they will be delayed and it's easter.

  • Thanks OP, always been curious about these services and at this price I am willing to give it a shot!

    • Think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

  • How do these meals look like? Are they ingredients, e.g. carrots, onion rings, etc? Or are they cooked and need to be microwaved?

    • They're cooked and not frozen. You simply microwave them for two minutes but they taste really good. The meal kits you've got to cook yourself but everything is cut up and provided.

  • So many promo codes. Wonder if anyone would buy meals without promo codes.

    • +1

A lot of Australians would. Youfoodz is incredibly popular so I'd say only a small portion hunt out coupons.

  • Are these actually healthy?

    • they're well balanced meals.. if you don't have an active lifestyle get the low cal options.

    • +3

I'm calorie counting a lot right now and I would say yes. Most of its meals fall in the 300-500 calorie range

For reference, the $5 box deal at KFC right now is about 700 calories, and the $6 big mac + cheeseburger deal at McDonalds is about 1000-1100 calories (excludes drinks)

A CBD restaurant / lunch joint that doesn't publish nutrition info will probably give you around 800-1500 calories, because they can add as much butter or oil or sugar as they want and you wouldn't know - and they know that butter/sugar tastes good.

  • I got the crying knitted monkey GIF, aka they don't deliver to my location. Boo!

  • Thanks OP. Time to finally give it a try.

  • Dammit…. bloody Unbeetable Chicken & Broc. I'm not a fan of this one lol

    • Haha just have it without the sauce. Chicken broccoli and veg ain't bad :)

If you prefer the simplicity of the microwave meals, choose 2 Autumn Faves packs at $49 each and then spend at least another $2. The cheapest is a snack at $2.99. Add your choice of free meal kit (for 2) and apply the coupon to take $40 off.

That gives 14 meals plus a snack for $60.99.

  • Ordered, cheers!

  • Thank you OP! Just ordered :)

  • Ordered thanks
Will give it a try at this price :)

  • +1

Ordered for when we are back after holidays - thanks OP!

  • when the code expired? only can order up to 1 week in advance? cant future dated longer than 1 week to take advantage of this code?

    • The other bargain posted with the FEASTER code said it expires Monday the 22nd. If you order Monday you can probably push the delivery back to Wednesday the following week but I can't guarantee they will still have the dinner kit for free. This could be worth doing if you're planning on freezing some of the meals otherwise just wait for another code, they almost always have one that will bring your average meal price to around $5.50-6

      • i see, thanks for that
i base in WA so need to pay extra $20 for delivery.
this deal seems to make it worth for me to give it a try
        Cheers

Thanks OP, I haven’t jumped on a youfoodz deal in ages. This one is to good to pass up

  • how are the meal kits? tasty?

    • Yeah I've tried the two included ones and they're really good. Just make sure you don't use the corn starch in the chicken one if your fry pant isn't non stick ohhh boy.

    • I'm very impressed with the lamb one. Fast, easy and delicious. I was confused by the look of the olive oil; it was more of a paste than an oil.

      • Me too. Once it's out of the fridge for 15 minutes it becomes normal again though haha

  • Wow new promo already
Won't buy original price meals in the future
    Thanks op

  • amazing deal, cheapest i’ve seen for youfoodz

  • Anybody copped some raw meat yet? I was finishing a BBQ Chicken meal this morning and bit into a very raw piece of chicken. Currently crossing fingers it doesn't come back to bite me!

    • I have before. I got a refund.

  • The code can only be used once per account, just tried to place a second order and got the “this code has already been used” so just made another account

  • anyone had issues receiving it on public holidays?

    • Mine was delivered at 3:30am this morning, was on my doorstep when I got up

    • Mine was due to be delivered 7-10am. At 10:30am it changed to 12-5pm. It arrived at 11am.

  • Mine arrived this morning. I ordered exactly as per the post, but it was missing a meal. Looks like they packed as much as they can in a box, which is 7 meals + 3 x meal kit. Meaning, I was missing a meal.

The delivery order said there is only 1 box.

    • Following to see how this gets resolved.

      • I emailed them and they are going to refund me for the missing meal. Interesting to see how much they refund base on the voucher.

      • Got a refund for $9.95 AUD, wow, great service!

    • See my comment below. I ordered 7 meals 3 kits and received 8 meals 3 kits, so they can definitely fit it in a box. They could have arranged it better though; both ice blocks were on one side, when they easily could have put one on each side.

  • Sounds good, I'll give them a try. Thanks OP.

  • Sweet. My order just arrived with an extra meal. I didn't get the Autumn pack because I don't eat pork, so I got the Cook and Chill pack (included 2 meals / 2 kits), plus the free kit, plus 5 of my own meal sections. 8 meals and 3 kits arrived. 14 total serves for $80.75 delivered to Perth.

The last used by is the 26th, so I'll be freezing some meals.

    • The use by day is a bit worrying. The meals usually last at least a week from delivery, the Meal kits I know were about 4 days. If mine have short use by dates I'll be freezing too.

I just checked the order I received today placed last week and they're good till the 29th and 30th.

      • I'm guessing Perth orders are shipped from the eastern states

        • Youfoodz only has one factory, it’s in Virginia (North Brisbane), so that’s where everything is made and sent from.

    • Just received mine, missing two meal kits. Not happy Jan.
Edit: Woops was meant to reply to the comment above lol.

  • Thanks for posting this, looking forward to giving them a try.

Got my order delivered today. The meal kits had a 26th expiry for the lamb and 27th for the chicken. Decided to cook up 2 kits tonight and found the chicken was off. Not good. (I met the delivery at the door and it went straight into my fridge).

Don't think I'll be buying the kits again.

  • +2

Food is not fresh…chicken was really bad taste…need to make a formal complaint

  • DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER!

This is the 4th time they missed something in my order. I get it their busy and such, but just a shame I have to go through the refund process a 4th time.

  • I had mine delivered yesterday and one of the meal kitz was missing. The first time I had something missing in my order, but the second time they delivered food with short expiry dates. Looks like this will be my last order from YouFoodz if they don't get their shite together.

  • Received my order today, missing TWO meal kits as well. Really bad service.

    • Live chat, they'll refund you $40 which means you got most of the food for basically nothing.

      • Sent them an email on Sunday, still no reply.

Just tried live chat but it just says "leave us a message" - doesn't look like anyone is available to chat.
