[PS4 (OOS)/XB1] Hitman 2 $18 In-Store (or +$5.95 Delivery) @ Harvey Norman

800

Hi all,

A dear friend of mine noticed this good price for a game. He bought it elsewhere recently for much more and is now super angry.

PS4 Link Out of Stock
XB1 Link

I think the next best price is >$30.

Checking the HN website, there seems to be heaps of stock in NSW for in-store purchases. Delivery seems to be $5.95 for NSW locations.

Enjoy.

You should also put the xbox one copy in the deal, both are on sale.

Thanks OP, so very nearly bit when it was $29.95 on Amazon a few weeks ago. Glad I held off now considering I wouldn’t have played it anyway due to Sekiro consuming my soul.

    3 cheers for price protection!

  • Buy and pay for shipping or hope Amazon price matches? Also anyone know if Harvey Norman's delivery is reliable/good?

  • I'm still waiting on a deal for the first one..

    • It was on PS+ not long ago, I assume you don't have that (or have an Xbox One instead)?

      • Xbox One :')

        • Game pass?

        • Cross your fingers for it to appear in Games With Gold eventually.

      • That was for Hitman 1 though wasn't it?

        • Yeah, Tufts said he was looking for a deal on the first one.

        • Hitman 1!

    • Doesn’t Hitman 2 include the first one?

      • +1

Only if you previously bought the first one. Otherwise you have to buy the Legacy pack to play Hitman 1 in Hitman 2 with all the extra engine features.

    What bizarrely fortuitous timing.

I played through the demo last night and have been really jonesing for more (I had the first game and loved it).

I was umming and ahhing about paying the $69 on special for the digital release, saw that Harvey Norman had a physical copy for $39, and figured it was worth the savings for the less convenience. I had all but convinced myself to head there to pick it up on the weekend. Now it's $18! A no brainer at that price.

If it's anything like the last game, this can last you ages with the way they mix up challenges, elusive targets and different difficulties.

  • Bit the bullet and bought it, now I have to find the first copy for cheap. And the time to play it, haha. Thanks OP.

FYI apparently the second game has all the levels from the first one if you upgrade to the deluxe edition, which can be done if you just own the standard version. Not sure how much it is to buy but keep it in mind.

As said above, you can play all the content from 1 in 2 and it's a better way to do so

      • Thanks heaps guys :)

Have to watch the old games outgoings these day to ensure we can upkeep the castle and grounds.

        eh wot.

Not like it used to be when we could just live off the backs orf the peasantry.
