Can't find this answer through Google, thought someone here may have been in this situation.
If I book a Qantas classic reward business flight from Sydney to Broome which only has economy from Perth to Broome, am I able to use the business lounge in Perth?

No. Your next onward flight must be in business class. The exception is if you are connecting to or from an international business class flight.
Should be able to. I just did that from cbr to Syd as economy (no other class) then business to scl. They just saw the business boarding pass and let me thru into Canberras business lounge.
