What happens if you nominate the responsible person? I understand that they will receive a penalty notice in the mail but does the new penalty notice contain my personal data such as name, dob, home address, etc?

Where I work:
Company gets penalty notice.
Fleet managers looks up running sheets to see who was driving car.
Forwards notice to driver and asks them to fill it out, sign and fwd to OSR. (In the back of my mind this can be done online too).
New penalty gets sent to driver at nominated address.I wish i didn't know how this worked… :-(

No it won't have your details.
Do it online.
The person has to agree to the nomination. If they don't, you will still be stuck with the fine.
I think the only personal details that will be sent are the car and rego details.
