LG V30+ Owners DTMF Tones Not Working?

This one is turning into a head scratcher (yes, have googled). I just noticed that if I make a call requiring me to navigate a menu (press 1 for sales, 2 for service etc) I push the number on the phone but the press is not being recognised at the other end. The tone does sound quiet to me when I press the appropriate button but I can't for the life me find out where to adjust the DTMF dialling volume.

Can anyone help?

    I had exactly the same issue with V30+. Seemingly, turning WiFi calling off helped, give it a try.

  • This puzzled me since I got the phone. I have a Boost Mobile sim as my primary sim in sim1 and an Optus sim in sim2. DTMF doesn't work on the Boost sim but does on the Optus sim. The Optus sim is prepaid and so doesn't do vowifi. Boost (Telstra) doesn't do standard sms over vowifi and so I am thinking the DTMF also doesn't work.

    • Try switching the VOWIFI off anyway and restarting the phone. Worked for me
