Think this could be a matter of the wrong amount next to each item (the $2 for new users may be for existing users) but it's what the website shows.

* Returns, exchanges & cancellations
* Gift card purchases unless otherwise stated
$30 for referrer, $5 for referee after referee qualifies.

Or conversely, as it's an automatic system, the cashbacks may be linked to the system and it may be honoured.
I don't use UberEats at the best of times so not using it - but if you already were going to have Uber Eats worth a crack
I have used it 4 or 5 times and only ever got the $2 back.
It still says $2 for Existing customer on Shopback site .
Someone from Shopback monitors OzBargain… It was fixed so quickly!
It's fairly easy, subscribe to a keyword, email sent to Gmail, use IFTTT and alert. All realizable with techs even AI.
