Definitely a few bugs, same as you and select 3 answers for something but can only pick 1. Missing "None of the above" answer on loyalty clubs so have to select one

I got through it but also had to put %100 discount
Must have removed the problematic questions, because I made it through with no issues apart from a couple of oddly worded questions.

Got the email with the survey and it might be just me, but the survey was bugged.
Got up to 38 of 58 questions, and then it looped all the way back to the start. Went through again, with all my answers for Q's 1 to 38 retained and looped again…
Also one of the questions asking about 'What % discount would lure us away from a loyalty program' could only be set to 0 or 100%… XD
