Does anyone have a similar experience? We have recently been getting post-delivery emails to fill in surveys, apparently with the offer of 50 flybuy points (terms say 4 weeks after survey). But we have done this at least 6-8 times yet the points have never showed up on our flybuys account even though they were clearly linked to our order.

I have done these and received the points.
Write it off, you already wasted your time doing the survey and now you're wasting more time posting about it here. You'd be better off spending your time looking for money on the ground.
I did that survey once, and once only. It takes too much time for the small payoff.
