I am looking to design multiple posters with a border and some fancy text.

Is there any website or application out there that will assist me in doing this for free?

I am looking for something that may have pre made templates.

Last I checked, Canva was free and it’s a great tool!

You need PS or AI but you can find templates here. https://www.freepik.com/free-photos-vectors/posters

Canva has plenty of free templates. Can be used on your phone too.
