No real leather. PU leather is the worst furniture material. Starts de-laminating after a short time. Get real leather or cloth.
This crap shouldn't even be sold because it's made for landfill. Genuine is expensive, so, save wages, then buy to keep for lifetime.
It may be cheap and the quality may reflect that, BUT that's all some people can afford. Not everyone shops for genuine leather furniture !!
you can always just buy an alternative like cloth or wool.

Polyurethane is not the only other option, as mentioned above. My main objection here is using the word "leather" in the title. Moderator added "PU", now OP has removed it. I consider this behaviour to be dishonest.

PU "Leather" is for people whose low self esteem won't let them aspire to owning a genuine vinyl item.
Leading with leather and saying PU in the small print is dishonest. Mischievous at the very best. Be gone.
