    I have one, it works.

It's a bit of a hassle, but if you're looking for an espresso shot on the go, it does what it says on the tin.
It can operate in pressurised or non-pressurised mode.

I highly recommend adding the barista-kit, which enables you to make larger doses.

    • Agreed, great addition for the double shots!

for those looking here is the Barista kit referenced: https://alternativebrewing.com.au/product/nanopresso-barista…

It is an add on which allows you to do double shots using larger basket and water tank.

…and if you're pedantic about storage, given the Barista Kit water tank is longer, you'll need the Large case (which is longer) to hold the Nanopresso with the larger water tank attached.

      • Hey OP, does the barista kit fit the minipresso? Cheers

    Thanks for the deal, in future though avoid this;

Asking for Votes is a bit off putting.

      Agreed, sorry for this. Removed

Improper use of the negative vote function is worse.

      • +1

Yes sorry, had a brain glitch.

    • This is not a valid neg

      • +1

You are correct. Was not thinking.

    • +1

A bit harsh for a negative vote - and OP has acknowledged and removed now anyway

I got 2 negs for commenting on this?

      • You negged the deal, exactly why?

        • +1

          Yes it was a mistake

        • sigh. Here we go, someone smells blood in the water and is looking to capitalise…..

          Easy kill, ay?

          "Show Me Your Papers!!"

      • Enough downvotes of your neg nullifies it completely. You've been here long enough to know that surely.

        • +1

sure, really was a stuff up. Anyway if you downvote upvote you just neutralize me

  • Got this with the barista kit and it is brilliant. I use it every day for work. In the morning I fill up the baskets with coffee at home so I don’t have to hand grind at work.
I haven’t checked, but would be good if you could buy more of the double baskets..?

    • which hand grinder are you using with it?

Have this and milk frother and now wife enjoys her coffee, depends on the beans used, it comes very close to the expensive coffee you buy in shops. Only drawback is you can make one coffee at a time and depends how fast you do it, it can take some time to do multiple cups

    • What milk frother do you use with this? I'm assuming it's as portable.

      • We use the Breville brand. It is portable.

        • Ah yes, I guess most milk frothers are portable considering their size and method of power.

          • @magic8ballgag: Not sure if serious or joking as most milk proffers although being small and portable use 240v, but some don't need power.

  • Faulty units are not uncommon either. Support is great, very responsive and send out replacement on receipt of build date and serial number but they do sometimes have problems.

  • oops

  • Any specials on the nespresso version?

    • Nespresso version is just an adapter ring to be used with the Nanopresso (this add). The ring is an optional extra.

A bit off topic, but don't suppose anyone has an original Cafitally Map Presto machine they want to part with. Found that made a decent coffee when you refill the pods with proper fresh ground coffee.

  • A deal on the nanopresso, barista kit and the nespresso pod adapter all as a bundle would be nice.

  • +1

Hey OP, thanks for the deal.

I notice after shipping and adding the NS adaptor your price is practically the same as Amazon's regular price. ($103.90 vs $105.90)

    https://www.amazon.com.au/Nanopresso-Portable-Adapter-Minipr…

Is there any further discount to be had on this bundle, or on the shipping?

    TIA
