      The majority of the beef I buy is the Wool/Coles clearance stuff, I can assure you it's not dry aged. Moist aged would be a more apt description most of the time.

  Got my delivery today, but for some reason only half the meat was delivered?

  For anyone accepting delivery double check to make sure you’re getting the full amount.

  update they’re sending the balance out today. Quick and easy to resolve, happy with the outcome.
