I was at a job site in Panania today and saw the local uniform supply shop selling Bisley hi-viz shirts for between $10 and $12 depending on whether they are polos or cotton shirts, with or without reflective tape. Pleanty of sizes available.

Also has beige Bisley work pants for $10. If your looking for good work clothes at a cheap price, this may be a place to visit.
