    I guess knowing which airlines fly to Hong Kong and allow it as a stop-over is a great starting point. Off the top of my head you have Cathay Pacific, Qantas and Air NZ who fly from Aus cities to HKG on to London. There's also a bunch of European airlines who partner with Asian and Australian airlines to offer AUS to Europe flights with stopovers throughout Asia. Airlines such as Finnair, Swiss Air and Lufthansa sometimes have some great deals. When were you looking to go?
