Since at least 2014, ASOS' 30% sitewide has only been for Click Frenzy at the end of Oct/start of Nov. I wouldn't count on a 30% sitewide anytime soon. 20% off pretty much always comes for Black Friday/Cyber Monday a few weeks later. 15-20% for some holidays, but they don't do them for the same holidays every year (Valentines Day this year, but none last year for eg). Then you get some 10-20% seemingly randomly like today sprinkled throughout the year. The closest you'll get to the 30% off sitewide, aside from sale items, is the spend $250 get $70 off (28%) that also seem to come up randomly.
