I have double walled versions of both autoseal and autospout and personally I prefer the former and the wife, the latter. If these were double walled I'd be all over them as I prefer Ice Cold water. These will be good for those that like room temperature water. Then it's just a matter of if you prefer to suck with a straw or lift the bottle upside down to drink. I believe you should also be able to remove the internal straw from the autospout bottle if you wanted.

Yeah, I have the double walled Autoseal - absolutely brilliant. Keeps water cold for aages, so easy to drink out of, and never had any issues with leaking. Wife has the same water bottle, and my son has the double walled autospout. Probably a bit too big for him - couldn't find a smaller one. He will grow into it.

        |He will grow into it.

How did you get him into it?

      • For sure! I find myself drinking more water, daily, because of my double walled Autoseal! I prefer the drinking action of the autoseal, but my wife and 12yo son both prefer the autospout. Highly recommended :)

  • No BPA free?

    • It's strange that there's no mention of that on the Kogan site, but this is definitely BPA free as mentioned on other site.

Mine being double walled are both Stainless steel.

    • I believe they are, at least according to the specs for the same product on other websites

    • I think you have to pay extra for the BPA

  • Anyone know how much water these things carry?

Made from 100% BPA-free materials, which are also high impact resistant and won't stain or retain odors.
      Patented AUTOSEAL® lid is 100% leak-proof and 100% spill-proof.
Drinking made easy! Press to sip. Release to seal. AUTOSEAL® automatically seals between sips to ensure no spills.
      Top-rack dishwasher safe.
The contoured shape of the bottle makes it easy to hold.
Rubber-like base grips table tops and helps prevent tipping.
Fits standard car and exercise equipment cup holders.
      500ml capacity.

    • Only a measly 500ml sadly

      • I would much prefer a generous 500ml, or even better a huge 500ml.

  • got 2 maybe useful for the gym

  • I started using this as my water bottle after being fed up feeling uneasy with a cup of water on my desk beside the computer, worried if it spilled. They're leakproof.

Just be fairly gentle with them, I had one lid's spring fail, rendering it useless, after about a year when warranty was up, renders it useless. I dropped it once or twice, might have contributed.

I have this exact bottle. It didn't seal well enough to throw it in a bag but it's a convienient bottle to leave on the desk at work. I dropped the lid once and the green button and white surround broke. I can clip it back together but it comes apart easily and will leak if I lie it down. The mouth piece can get a bit gross. For this price it's ok I guess.

    • I also had one that eventually broke in a similar manner. It was my favourite water bottle in the time I had it but they're definitely not rugged.

  • Seems both are out of stock now. Thanks for the post though!
