Can I Redeem $300 EFTPOS Card for Products I Purchased from eBay Sony?

Hi, just missed the 50% off code
But I’ve found something I wanna buy in sony Ebay
I’m just wondering if I can redeem $300 eftpos card if I purchase on eBay Sony official ?
Because on Sony website they say eBay seller is excluded but I don’t know themselves are excluded.

    Get a prepaid Visa using the $300 eftpos and use it to pay with Paypal.

    According to Ts&C's
    Sony Online Store: You will not be required to submit a claim and your order will be instantly validated and card will be sent 2-6 weeks after purchase.
    Sony Stores: Chatswood, Parramatta and Castle Hill: Instant Redemption and card given to you at time of purchase.
    Third party retailers, You are required to submit a claim, when approved your card will be sent 2-6 weeks after validation.
    Excludes eBay stores (including Sony Australia) and some online retailers.

    TLDR: buying from Sony Ebay Store will NOT get you the Eftpos card
