Okay so I have a few Jetstar hotels vouchers to use. Would it be possible for me to book each night separately so I can use them all? Or will I have to check out and check back in every day. Has anyone done this before?

If you book far enough ahead then just tell them. Make sure you book the same room type.
I did it recently for Asia, over a few nights they were happy to put me in the same room.
Up to the hotel, explain to them ur a tight ass and had to make seperate bookings and can u be in same room whole time. If they can do it then no, but if not then yes.
