Has anyone else noticed the empty shelves in Coles and Woolworths where Pedigree and Whiskas products used to be.
The signs on the shelves say there is a supply shortages but reading around it looks as if it's a price rise dispute between the supplier and Coles/Woolworths.
Once again corporate greed at the consumers expense!

Probably the emotional trauma this issue is causing them.
Whatever dollar amount that equates to.
Damn I wish the source of my stress come from the lack of my fav pet food brand at local Colesworths. The great irony (incase anyone missed it) is that OP is complaining about the product not being the shelf of a company operating profoundly capitalistic and having a price dispute against the distributor/manufacturer of another product of capitalism.
OP is shopping and advancing capitalism and complaining about it at the same time.
It's comedy gold really.
means Coles/Woolies are looking out for us
'Us' being their shareholders?
No, consumers, cause they're trying to keep the price down despite the supplier wanting to raise it…
Those products are shit for your pets anyways. They're doing your pets a favour. Buy something more nutritious and grain free.
like a carrot?
Complete a customer survey and you'll get a free Krispy Cream. How difficult is it?!
The issue may well be a price rise dispute between the supplier and Coles/Woolworths, but I wouldn't take that at face value.
Coles/Woolworths are both well known for dictating terms to their suppliers.Meantime my fussy pet isn't eating the alternative - so not looking out for us (my pet is part of my family)
I wouldn't feed any animal whiskas, especially not a pet I consider family.
They will eat when hungry enough. They aren't Mahatma Ghandi.
It's not great food anyway.
What's your expense?
