Hi everyone,
For over 3 months I am looking for a suburb in Sydney to buy my first home. But because I have many ticks in the box so that gives me hard for my decision. My looking is for under 700k property. The ideal property is (I arranged by priorities)
- Good public school for my kids (one is 7 and one is 5)
- Safe area.
- Has train or bus, with under 40 minutes to go to Wynyard.
- Close to shop (Coles, Aldi,…)
- Ideally is townhouse, villa, or house. If the property is unit/apartment, I am looking at under 600k for 2 bedrooms.
I did my research and it seems some of the suburbs satisfy my ticks are:
- Epping (some townhouses over 700k bracket, however Marsfield has limited option under 700k)
- Sutherland (a little bit far from CBD)
- Miranda
- Caringbah
For apartment I looked at:
- Lane Cove
- Meadownbank
- Ryde
- Eastwood
If you guys have about 180k for deposit, which suburbs you will buy, can you tell me the reason? Any input I am appreciated. Thanks!
Is this school for yourself? It was very hard understanding what you wrote
