  You will have to craft your own search alerts.

  start by searching for the item and append option:freebie

  For example, performing the search:

  option:freebie burger

  shows deals that mention 'burger' in both the title and description, and is a freebie.

  option:titleonly can also be used in conjuction to restrict the keyword search to the title only.
