Booking AmEx Complimentary Flight?

Hey all,

I am looking at booking the complimentary flight that comes with my AMEX card. Can anyone advise me on how to do this?

Do I need to call them up or can I book online?

You'll have to call them and book via phone.

Make sure you got some alternative dates though as in my experience I never got the date that I wanted, instead it was either 2 days before or 2 days after my initial date.

The Amex phone number should be in your little booklet that came with your card, otherwise you can find it on Google as well.

If it's a AMEX velocity Platinum card you won't need to call,
You can use this link and search for the flights and book.

I know for travel credit, you can book online and just tick the option to use the credit on the payment page. Can you do the same?
