Was at HN today and saw this speaker on clearance for $137. Its not the cheapest its been, but it's a great price for a great speaker.
Its competitors are JBL Charge 3 and UE Megaboom 3 and each is good in it's own way.

I've been told this is better sounding than the bose soundlink mini, which is saying something
Great Sound better and deeper richer base than Logitech Flip3. However, flip 3 has better highend and smaller so its portable (haven't tried newer versions of Flip). This would not be small enough to take when travel OS, in terms of size/weight in my opinion.
That's why I was considering Charge 3 but the open speakers put me off. May be bigger but has 24hr battery life and can be used to charge my phone which is plus
