Why did you swap? Would you have called it low
?
If you're a side sleeper like me, I wouldn't recommend it as it was pretty low.
Long story short, I moved house and it was sitting in a box in storage for a while and difficult to find. Also, I needed a medium profile pillow anyway.
edit: actually, it depends. If you have a smaller frame body, it might actually be okay for side sleepers.
Cheers. I'm chasing one for back sleeping and have deduced that the 10cm physio ones are too high still
@teacherer: I would strongly suggest this pillow for sleeping on your back, it's really really comfortable and the cooling gel pad is great for hot nights.
I just checked mine, it's kind of hard to measure. I'd say it's about 10-11cm, but once you're lying on it it does compress a bit. It's pretty low IMO. You can probably check it in store? Although it'd be in it's packaging.
I'd agree with tabz in that it's kind of low for side sleeping, but it does depend on your size too I guess (e.g. how wide your shoulders are) as well as how stiff your bed is.
I used to have a low profile latex dunlopillo. Supposed to be good if you're a stomach sleeper. I can't measure the height as I swapped it out for a Koala Pillow (Memory Foam) back when they used to have 2 different versions.
