Was hoping to get feedback from other OzBargainers in relation to TNT road express (domestic).
Anyone had any good/bad experiences? Will be shipping 20kg moving boxes.

Sorry in advance for hijacking your post, but does anyone also have experience posting internationally (Hong Kong)? Thinking of using interparcel which always shows TNT being the cheapest. Also 20kg boxes, about 1 or 2 boxes a month
I'm using transdirect, customer service was good when I called them.
Can't help with international but TNT would be a good option as they are owned by FedEx

got a box from Kmart that was like 10-14kg, box itself was very damaged. There were two big holes through the cardboard that I could fit a fist through and it was dirty, Styrofoam inside was also broken.
i just bought easter eggs from kmart. should I be concerned?
Easter scrambled eggs? No idea first time ordering from Kmart.
But were the goods damaged?
some of the corners of the table were slightly dented (like a mm), I didn't do anything though because it was very slightly and I couldn't be bother to go through customer services for a cheap table.
Hm ok, was the box quite strong?
not really, it was pretty standard cardboard for the table, it wasn't in another box or anything. Literally the box you get when you buy it in-store with the consignment sticker stuck to it.
Road express is a great economy option.
Keep in mind the delivery will be between business hours on the day it's onboard, the driver probs won't call, it's not part of the service.Yeah, I got an SMS saying it would be out for delivery in the morning but no call (wasn't there the first time).
I have good experience so far. I sent two large 30kg+ items and both arrived safely and within expected timeframe to the destinations(Perth and regional VIC).

Mines going Darwin to Perth, goes with rail through Adelaide..
Mine was Road Express.
Turns out road express they also use rail.
Great couriers. Highly recommended.
