  Their warranty team is great.

  Had an issue with one towel out of 4 towels and a set. After few washes it had little loose strings in a few spots, wasn't too bad though. Sent a picture to warranty team anyway and they instantly asked for address to send out a replacement, no further questions asked.

  I think there was an issue with the towel itself - washed it no different to any others and the others are fine… But it was awesome to see how happy they were to replace it, usually they send you in circles a bit first.

  Edit: didn't even purchase it from them either - got it from spotlight. They still honor the 2 years warranty directly.

        Fair point, Prime I find is worth it for twitch prime alone though tbh. If you have prime it's a great deal, got penthouse suite towels for like $6.30 EA.

    Their prices are really random it seems. I got a penthouse suite towel for $10.50 (6.30) but it's now sold out. The other colour is like $27 lol.
