I'm trying to buy a Dyson stick vac on catch.com.au using my Unidays code.
Terms and conditions state
Discount is valid for UNiDAYS verified members and is available online only at https://www.catch.com.au. Excludes all Marketplace, Apple and Nintendo products, and delivery fees. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including referral codes and promo codes. Prices are in AUD.
So Dyson isn't listed, but the code isn't taking the 10% off.
Contacted Catch support, they've said the Unidays discount excludes Dyson. I copied the link on their website to the terms and conditions above, which don't state Dyson.
They told me it's nothing to do with them, and to contact Unidays.

We’re sorry but we’re unable to assist you as we don’t deal with this here at UNiDAYS. If the retailer is saying that the Dyson is excluded from the offer we can only go by their terms and conditions, as we only act as a referral agent to the retailer with some offers, once you go to the retailers site/store they state what products are available.

Anyone else had this happen? I can see that previous deals on Dyson vacs on Catch have worked with Unidays.
