This is quite cheap i reckon, I bought $15 pet tags that is now has scratches all over.

Backing your products is fine, being rude to members who don't agree with you that your prices are cheap is not. This is a site for bargains, people are entitled to compare your prices with any others they can find (not just the most expensive on the market, as your $22 comment seems to be, but also cheaper ebay options).
The price is cheaper than what I paid a few years ago for my dog's tags, but your attitude has completely put me off using your organisation.
Question for yeswetag: the colour options are brass and stainless steel… does this mean the material is neither brass nor steel, but something else coloured to look like brass or steel?

Actually the deal isn't that bad. I bought something like this from a pet store for $15 and checked around online some time ago it was also around $15. $8 is pretty good.
Yeah, and remember that this includes "engraving" (stamping), whilst in a pet store you gotta pay extra for that don't you?

You really should update the website. And it needs a Postage Prices information page in the FAQ or somewhere, because NOBODY is going to sign up simply to find out postage prices!
One of the problems with your offerings is that there is almost no info on the products. YOU might know what the items are, the size, materials, delivery costs, etc… but your potential clients (like us) have no idea.
For every question and smart-alec comment here, there are maybe 10 or 20 people who looked but didn't asked, and instead they just clicked away. You are wasting your promotional activities if people can't find everything that they need to know ON THAT particular product page.
