Ordered Amaysim sim 11 days ago, still haven't recieved sim. I don't live in rural area.

Realised today I had to verify me email, so maybe that stops the mailout of the sim (??).
Contacted live chat, they told me my sim was supposed to be delivered on 14th March but must've been lost in mail, the live chat asked me to go and buy a $2 sim from the shops and they'll give me back the days that I've missed on the plan(which was actually 15 days, not 11) and they'll refund $2 it costs me for the sim from the shops but I kindly declined, I just wanted the $5 cashback from shopback :(
I requested my $1 which I paid for the sim to be refunded and the auto-renewal in 15 days from now to be removed from my account (I can't remove it myself because it can only be changed after activating the sim and I never got the sim).
Got my dollar back lol, hopefully they've processed the auto-renewal cancellation.
Unfortunately Shopback cashback has failed as well.
They show my visit, but cashback is still not processed. So I miss out on both.
I suggest they just never sent the sims as being lost in the mail is rare I believe.

What happens if you go over the 1gb data allowance ?
During activation it seems you must select a payment option for over data and renewals, I selected pay pal and then turned it off on the pay pal website.
