Spreets - not issuing vouchers

To be fair, I had read all the complaints about Spreets, but felt there were enough happy customers to ignore them. Well, here I am, yet another person who's been left waiting for their voucher. Numerous requests to Spreets (who of course refuse to issue a phone no.) and each email answered with 'your enquiry is deemed solved'…errrr, no it isn't, I still don't have my voucher.

So please, heed the warnings…there's plenty of other daily bargain groups which are responsive. Spreets doesn't appear to be one of them!

    I've bought from Spreets before and they send the vouchers directly to your email. That said, I just tried to login and it says my emailid doens't exist. Strange.

      Hi Neil, subscribing to daily emails is not the same as setting up an account. If you haven't already set up an account, you can do so here https://spreets.com.au/user/signup .

      Make sure you use the same email you used to make the purchase in order to view your voucher. If even after having done this, you are not able to view your vouchers, please send an email to [email protected] and we will look into this for you.

        Yes, I read that.

        I definitely bought 2 separate Spreets vouchers. 1 on June 1 2010 (Shocolate Voucher x 5) and the second on the 3rd of June (Hi-Tech Burrito x 5). I've almost redeemed all of them.

        I seem to recall that you guys upgraded your systems at the end of last year? Perhaps the account didn't migrate.

If you have, and are still not able to login into Spreets, share your five digit ticket # that you are automatically issued when you email us and we will follow this up for you.

          I sent Spreets an email (ticket #51108) last night and just got a followup email stating:

          It appears that the email address you’ve provided does not correspond with a Spreets account.

          You can create an account simply by going to www.spreets.com.au/user/signup and filling in your details. An activation link will be sent to your nominated email address and you only need to click on the link to finalise the process.

          Important note! Subscribing to daily deals and creating an account are 2 different things; you may still receive daily deals and make purchases without an account.

          Well, that's certainly not helpful. Fortunately, I've retained all my Spreets emails, so I guess I'll just create another account next time I want to purchase. Not good for those who didn't keep their emails.

  • they usually email them, didn't get anything in your junk mail?
    cause i tried to print mine from the site, sometime it just come up with blank page.
    but i do always get it in the email.

    well still early, if no response, i'm show u can just do a cc chargeback!

    but agreed, they are not on of the better site.
    love ourdeal and jumponit, cudo is ok.

  • i do find it weird you can't log in and print your voucher like every other group buy.

  • Finally got my vouchers. Only took around six complaints. Still, happy it's resolved.
